Crisis averted! After trying two free programs to try to recover the photos from my memory card (with no success), I found a program called Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery Software. I downloaded the free trial and it took about 6 hours to scan the card. When I woke up I opened the file and there were my pictures. Words cannot express just how excited I was. All I had to do then was pay $39, download the rest of the program and start saving the photos to my computer. This program was so easy to use and it was a lifesaver. I’ve now ditched the crappy memory card for a new one and hope this will never happen again!

I read your blog and I am filled with such joy. Sadie is absolutely beautiful and all of your stories are wonderful. It is amazing how much she has grown and it appears that she is thriving tremendously.
This particular blog where you recovered your pictures gave me a BIG sigh of relief. I know what it feels like to loose meaningful pictures and it stinks. Thank goodness it all worked out for you.
We are doing well- just celebrated Jaid’s 9month bday. Everyone says the time goes so fast and boy are they right!
Just wanted you to know that we think about you and Sadie and wish you tons of fun all the time.
